Background & Challenge
Cold-chain warehouses demand strict temperature control and hygiene standards, yet inbound/outbound, temperature records and cleaning/disinfection logs relied on paper documents and manual entry — scattered data, hard to trace.
With many on-site staff and frequent operations, there was no unified mobile entry point, so management could not see inbound, outbound and inventory dynamics in real time.
Our Solution
We developed a warehouse management mini program: the dashboard shows today's inbound, outbound and pending entries; nine shortcuts cover warehouse cleaning/disinfection, standard inbound/outbound processing and document management.
Inbound registration supports warehouse selection, entry type, cargo damage status, storage temperature (2-8℃/ambient/frozen) and packaging method, connecting the full inbound-temperature-cleaning record chain.
Project Outcome
Cold-chain warehouse operations are fully digitalized: inbound/outbound registration, temperature data and cleaning/disinfection records are all online and auditable.
Temperature and hygiene compliance are systematically supported, and management can monitor warehouse operations in real time.
