Background & Challenge
A cold-chain warehouse must manage ambient, cool and frozen zones simultaneously, with temperature and humidity continuously monitored and logged — manual meter reading could not meet cold-chain compliance requirements.
Inbound/outbound documents, cleaning/disinfection and ice-pack pre-treatment relied on paper ledgers: scattered data, hard to query, and management lacked real-time visibility into warehouse operations.
Our Solution
We developed a warehouse management system: the dashboard shows today's inbound/outbound counts, with four trend charts monitoring Zone 0 (3-4℃), Zone 1 (18-19℃), Zone 2 (-21℃) temperatures and warehouse humidity.
Inbound order management supports warehouse entry number, customer, pieces, weight, volume registration with full CRUD; complete modules cover outbound orders, cleaning/disinfection and temperature-controlled ice-pack ledgers.
Project Outcome
Temperature and humidity trends across three zones visualized — abnormal fluctuations visible at a glance, cold-chain compliance records fully traceable.
Inbound and outbound documents are digitally managed across 13 warehouse operation modules, giving management real-time visibility into warehouse dynamics.
