Background & Challenge
A fitness trainer training institution found its courses and question banks scattered, with learners practicing, taking mock exams and reviewing mistakes on paper — making learning outcomes hard to quantify.
After enrolling, members had no unified place to check courses, membership status or validity, and consultation booking depended on manual follow-up, leaving the institution digitally weak.
Our Solution
We developed a WeChat mini program with course question banks (including the national fitness trainer bank), mock exams, wrong-answer records and consolidated practice; members can view enrolled courses, membership status and validity.
Appointment booking (choosing a consultant and time with subscription-message notifications) and official notes publishing were added, backed by a Laravel + GraphQL API and a Vue 3 admin dashboard.
Project Outcome
Learners can practice, take mock exams and review mistakes inside the mini program, with trackable learning data.
Membership management and the booking chain are connected, laying the foundation for a digitalized loop from offline visits to online contract management.
